At Alpine Psychology, we work alongside you to explore ways of finding balance and growing in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. Drawing on trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and evidence-informed approaches, we work collaboratively to support the development of insight, skills and strategies that may assist with your well-being.

Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming or leave us feeling stuck. A safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space can support you to share concerns, build coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of balance.
Support may be helpful for experiences such as trauma, dissociative responses, stress and burnout, anxiety, low mood, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, and social or relationship concerns. Therapy is personalised and paced to support your individual goals and needs.

We work collaboratively to understand your experiences, identify your goals and develop a therapeutic plan that can evolve over time. Together, we focus on your current needs and goals while building insight, self-compassionate and growth.

Alpine Psychology draws on a range of evidence-informed psychological approaches, including EMDR, parts-based (ego state) approaches, somatic-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Work with clients is guided by trauma-informed principles, with careful attention to safety, pacing, collaboration, and consent.
Alpine Psychology is a neurodiversity-affirming practice and works with adults from all walks of life.
Alpine Psychology provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Therapy aims to support understanding, strengthen self-compassion, and build resilience in navigating life’s challenges.
